Movenpick, Zurich

I’ve never even heard of this place until H pointed it out to me and said it was good but expensive. Then I saw it everywhere I went. In restaurants, random stores and in supermarkets – we even have Movenpick in Sydney, Australia D:

Movenpick

Vanilla bean flecked icecream with swirls of sweet dulce de luche and crunches from the macadamia. Best part was the fluffiest cloud-like texture and smooth creaminess of the icecream – it felt like I was burying my face into a pillow :D Fresh waffle cone that was warm with a lovely crispy crunch was the icing on top. A bit expensive for an icecream at 4.30 Francs ($5 AUD) but then again Royal Copenhagen costs the same amount and it doesn’t even start to compare in quality (opps sorry I got converted).

Macadamia Dulce De Leche Ice-cream ($4.30 francs – $5 AUD)

Look at that incredible vibrant colour! Tangy raspberry punch which had such a dense and creamy texture that I couldn’t even tell it was a sorbet.

Raspberry Sorbet

The sorbet was super refreshing on a hot day but I would get the macadamia dulce de leche ice-cream – so incredibly FLUFFY!
